Apart form the stuff mentioned on the front page, I have written a software that searches prokaryote IRE sequences. Initially developed for my M.Sc. thesis, it has been spun off as a standalone tool. It can be found on SPIRE.
I'm not really a hardware person, but there are a few things I do play with.
Annoyed with the noise and power consumption of my old home server, I've got a Beagle board [LINK], a cute little ARM-based machine. The setup is descibed in my home server pages.
